How The Coffee Program Works
- Order your bag of Light of the Prairies specially roasted coffee
- We roast every month in the third week for your convenience
- This process will take approximately 36 hours which includes the seasoning and cooldown of the beans which is instrumental for the flavours to really come alive
- During this time we start to prepare the orders, instructions, the delivery schedule, and add the final details to the packaging
- Now is the time to grind these beans, ensuring a smooth and powdery consistency with each measurement making sure each bag is the same as the last
- Your order will always be delivered to the provided address, every time, as part of the experience of our coffee is community involvement
The entire process will take around 48 hours from start to finish ensuring maximum freshness in each batch for every purchase.

Important Information
- quantities are limited to 20 orders each month
- roasting takes place the third week every month
- you will be notified when with an approximate delivery date after roasting has occurred
- you will receive your order by delivery to the provided address (within City of Saskatoon limit)
- storing ground beans in the freezer is not recommended
- for quality purposes, consuming with in 2-4 weeks of delivery is recommended
