Semi-independent living program
PROGRAMING

The Semi-Independent Living Program is a safe and supportive atmosphere for individuals who need a little extra help with their independent living choices. Assistance is provided through a relationship model of support. We take a holistic approach to care and offer support in all areas of life, this support includes:

  • Household management
  • Personal Care
  • Establishing social networks, including family relationships
  • Assistance with accessing educational opportunities
  • Finding and maintaining employment
  • Assistance accessing Health and Counselling services
  • Financial assistance and budgeting

We work together to provide the support required to enable a client to maintain the living situation they have chosen. We want clients to grow into their highest potential and encourage the development of skills that would allow them to live independently in the future.
